This online store is operated by Voyage After Dark Presents: Yachtboyz LLC under the name Yachtboyz Official Store. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Yachtboyz Official Store.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies posted on our store, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction to use this store or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, measurements, and other information accurately. Product colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, materials, manufacturing, and production process.

Many products are made to order through third-party production and fulfillment partners. Product availability, specifications, colors, sizes, and designs may change without notice.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until payment is processed and we issue an order confirmation.

We may decline, limit, cancel, or correct an order when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, incorrect information, unauthorized resale, or violations of these Terms.

Made-to-order products may enter production shortly after purchase. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production begins.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices may not include shipping, handling, customs duties, import fees, or applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for charges imposed by their jurisdiction unless collected during checkout.

You agree that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, incorrect addresses, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because many products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color selection, or change of mind, except where required by law.

The Yachtboyz and Voyage names, logos, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, product designs, music, written content, and other store materials are owned by or licensed to Voyage After Dark Presents: Yachtboyz LLC.

You may use the store for personal, noncommercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

SECTION 8 — ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use the website or its services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Submit false, misleading, harmful, or fraudulent information
• Transmit malware, viruses, or destructive code

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information needed to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

If you submit reviews, photographs, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
